CREAM LEMON SALAD WITH ORANGE AND KIWI
x 6 cups INGREDIENTS:
Cream Lemon:
- 5 dl of fresh cream;
- 100 g sugar;
- 1 dl of juice fresh lemon.
Macedonia orange and kiwi:
- juice of 1 lemon;
- 100 g sugar;
- 1 blood orange peeled and sliced \u200b\u200bto live;
- 1 orange blonde bald bleed and cut into rounds;
- 2 kiwi, peeled and cut into rounds.
To peel oranges I used to live on the valuable Paring Pedrini !!
Heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan on medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Alzate the heat to medium-high heat and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the lemon juice, stirring.
Using a spoon, strain the cream with a fine mesh sieve into a pouring jug.
Please share in 6 cups, cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator for 12 hours.
Prepare the salad.
Mix the lemon juice and sugar in a bowl of medium size.
United orange red, orange blonde, kiwis and mix well. Leave the salad to marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
When ready to serve Remove the lemon cream from the refrigerator, remove the foil, spread
over the salad.
