SQUID IN BLACK VENETIAN

That tonight is a typical Venetian recipe:

SQUID BLACK VENETIAN

It 's definitely be included in the recipes are not bad but good ....... just managed to present it well!!


These are the bags of black



INGREDIENTI x 6 persone:


- 800 g di seppie con il loro nero;
- 200 g di polpa di pomodoro;
- 1 cipolla;
- 1 spicchio d'aglio;
- 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco secco;
- polenta bianca;
- olio evo;
- sale e pepe.


Tritate la cipolla e fatela soffriggere con l'olio. 
Una volta dorata, unite lo spicchio of garlic and cut the cuttlefish into strips and simmer to reduce for a few minutes on high heat.
Add wine, add the chopped tomatoes, bags of black, salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
Serve with white corn polenta.
