I Had Chlamydia For 5 Month

Shabby Chic or Shabby Chic

I'm still here to talk shabby chic because of this definition is often used inappropriately ... I agree with Marcia, and with clear: everything is painted white shabby chic!

From Wikipedia:

Shabby chic is a form of interior design where the furniture and furnishings are or chosen old and with signs of wear or are new to art but are worn to give them the ' aspect old. At the same time , is emphasized a feeling of roundness, minimalist , and female to differentiate it from normal vintage furniture , from which the " chic " in name.

furnishings are often chosen because they show the signs of the various layers of paint that have followed over the years, or this is achieved by painting several times, alternating rubbing with sandpaper at strategic points to give the feeling of wear.

L 'essence style shabby chic today is furniture vintage and antique with the original paint or painted white (or another pastel color ) and ruined to art in some species points to the corners.

Quelli mostrati in precedenza sono shabby chic...

Questi  non sono shabby chic...
country but simply chic ...
nice, pleasant, romantic and white, but not shabby chic ...
have nothing to wear or age, nor the hands of decorators, craftsmen, etc. ..

I wanted to make this post because you often see passed off as shabby chic any object or piece of furniture painted white ...

A hug and good Saturday (here's a beautiful sunny!)
