Rattan Chair Baby Shower Chair

Today was a beautiful sunny day, but the temperature was polar! !
Here then another recipe that makes me think of summer ........

ZUCCHINI WITH PARMESAN SAUCE TO


INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium zucchini;
- 4 macaroons;
- 2 dl of white sauce;
- 1 dl of cream;
- 80 g Parmesan cheese;
- 25 g butter;
- nutmeg ;
- salt.




Wash zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, partially empty it with a dig and cook for 5 minutes to steam.
Meanwhile finely chop the pulp and crushed amaretti.
In a saucepan, mix the sauce with the cream and allow to cool.
Remove from heat, add a grated nutmeg, cheese, chopped zucchini pulp, salt and mix well.
Stuff the zucchini boats with the mixture, arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs, add the butter in flakes and bake in preheated oven at 230 ° C for about 5 minutes, or until the surface begins to brown.
