APPLE PUDDING CHICKEN ROLLS WITH HAM AND BLUEBERRY CAKE

As expected the rain has arrived!!
Even today I was home, fortunately, the influence was slight, and I feel better, because tomorrow we must necessarily go to work !!!!!
I devoted entirely to the kitchen and in the coming days I'll show you the recipes that I prepared this recipe good place ..... meanwhile, easy and a bit 'particular the addition of an ingredient not widely used in main dishes : blueberry!!

CHICKEN ROLLS WITH HAM AND BLUEBERRY


INGREDIENTS:

- 4 slices of chicken breast;
- 4 slices of ham;
- 100 grams of blueberries;
- 80 g Emmentaler;
- 3 cucchiai di vino bianco;
- pangrattato;
- sale.


Battete leggermente le fettine di pollo e tagliatele a metà nel senso della lunghezza, formando una scaloppina.
Stendete su ognuna una fetta di prosciutto e una di emmentaler e arrotolate creando un involtino che fermerete con uno stuzzicadenti.
In una padella antiaderente (io ho usato quella della Guardini ) che quindi non serve ungere, adagiate la carne, cosparsa con il pangrattato.
Rosolate gli involtini per 10 minuti, aggiungete i mirtilli e sfumate con il wine.
