APPLE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS for 4:

- 2 apples, peeled and cut;

- juice and zest of half a lemon;

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder;

- 50 g butter;

- 1 cup self raising flour;

- 4 teaspoons of sugar cane;

- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar;

- 1 egg.

In a bowl, mix the apples with the juice and the lemon zest, cinnamon and brown sugar.

In another bowl place the softened butter with sugar. Stir until it becomes white and frothy, then add the 'egg and flour.

Divide the apples into 4 molds and cover with the mixture of flour.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
