Why Swot Analysis Is A Bad Idea

today despite the sun was a 'cold the other day, just got home from work tonight I decided to make a cake a bit' winter

CUP AND CHESTNUT MASCARPONE

E' inutile dirvi che è stato un' ottimo dessert!!!!!!



INGREDIENTI:
- 250 g di castagne Noberasco ;
- 3 dl di latte;
- 170 g di savoiardi;
- 1 dl di rum;
- 150 g di panna fresca; 
- 250 g di mascarpone;
- 3 tuorli;
- 4 tablespoons of sugar.






Put the chestnuts in a blender with the milk and whisk well until it becomes creamy.

Assemble very cold with whip cream.
Beat the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons sugar, until creamy and foamy white. Add a little 'time to the very cold mascarpone, then 2 tablespoons of rum and then the mashed chestnuts.
Finally incorporated 100 g of whipped cream gently to disassemble.

Boil 2 liters of water with the remaining sugar, then put out the fire, add the remaining rum and let cool .
Wet the sponge with the syrup preparation.
Prepare the cups alternating with mascarpone and chestnut cream with ladyfingers.
Decorate with whipped cream and left with a whole chestnut.
